1. Purpose of the Service

Amplify connects creators and brands via social-media challenges. Users can participate in campaigns and track performance.

2. Eligibility

• •You are 16+ or have guardian consent.
• •If representing a company, you are authorized to act on its behalf.
• •You provide accurate, up-to-date information.

3. Accounts

• •Keep credentials confidential; you’re responsible for account activity.
• •Notify us of unauthorized access immediately.
• •We may suspend/terminate for violations.

4. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting to challenges, you grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license for campaign/marketing use by Amplify and participating brands.

• •Your content must not infringe rights or laws.
• •No unlawful, hateful, or misleading material.
• •Follow community and brand guidelines.

5. Brand Collaborations & Payments

• •Rewards/prizes follow terms set by brands or Amplify.
• •Amplify isn’t liable for third-party disputes/delays.
• •We may withhold payments in cases of fraud or violations.
• •Transactions handled by approved payment processors.

6. Prohibited Activities

• •Illegal, hateful, infringing content.
• •Metric manipulation or bot activity.
• •Impersonation; reverse engineering; exploiting bugs.

Violations may lead to immediate termination and legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

Platform content, trademarks, and code belong to MHKI Academy Oy. Don’t copy, distribute, or modify without prior written consent. “Amplify” and its logo are protected trademarks.

8. Privacy

Your data is handled under our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to that policy and to our use of cookies as described therein.

9. Monitoring, Diagnostics & Email Delivery

To maintain reliability and security, we use diagnostic and monitoring services such as Sentry to collect crash and performance data, and transactional email providers such as Mailgun to send account-related emails (e.g., password resets). We process such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Service Availability

You acknowledge that the Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control. We take reasonable measures to minimize interruptions and resolve incidents promptly.

11. Disclaimer & Liability

Service is provided “as is” / “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We’re not liable for loss of profits/data, third-party actions, or force majeure. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months.

12. Governing Law

Finnish law and EU law apply. Disputes are settled in Helsinki District Court, Finland.
